Ugh, I need to stop staying up so late! Then mornings are too early, and I just go back to sleep. Missed both Wednesday morning and Friday morning. Meh.
Friday night: short warmup, then partnered for 5-min rounds of armbar from guard. The bad thing is, my muscles hurt. The good thing is, it’s all the right muscles. Then a continuous drill — armbar from guard, stack/pass to mount, mount escape.
Then we started rounds of rolling, and then just finished out class and moved over into Open Mat with those.
