A2. pushups: 3×10
A3: pullups: 3×10 (new green band, so extra sproingy)

B. Shoulder press, 4-6RM: 45lbs, 55lbs, 45lbs

C. 4 rounds:
C1. bench press: 4x12x15lbs
C2. bent-over row: 4x12x15lbs
C3. shrugs (sub for upright row): 4x12x25lbs

D. DB complex, 3×10:
D1. reverse fly: 5lbs, 5lbs, 5lbs
D2. snatch: 15lbs, 10lbs, 10lbs
D3. thruster: 15lbs, 10lbs, 10lbs
D4. bent-over row: 15lbs, 10lbs, 10lbs
D5. snatch: 15lbs, 10lbs, 10lbs
