My only dream last night was that I was lying in bed and waiting for the 5:30am alarm. Or maybe I really was just lying there waiting for it. Either way, not nearly enough sleep.

A. Pushups, AMRAP: 20, 15, 15

B. 4 rounds, 30s on/15s off:
B1. box jumps (18″): 13, 12, 13, 14
B2. pullups (purple band): 7, 6, 5, 4.5
B3. DB shoulder press (15lbs): 11, 11, 10, 10

C. 3 rounds, 1min on/15s off:
C1. BW squat: 22, 23, 20
C2. rower (for “cals”): 14, 13, 14
C3. situps: 32*, 22, 20
C4. mountain climbers: 69, 76, 75

*The trainer must have let us go far over…
