Another day, another burpee

A. 3 rounds:
A1. squat x 15
A2. pushup x 10
A3. rower (max stroke) — 1:50, 1:50, 1:54

B. 4-6RM bench press: 45lbs, 65lbs, 75lbs

And that would be a PR on the bench. Still think I can actually lift more if my wrists, elbows, and shoulders would all function properly at the same time…

C. 3 rounds, AMRAP:
C1. Incline press (20lbs): 12, 10, 10
C2. ring pullups: 10, 10, 10

D. 3 rounds x 30s:
D1. DB lateral raise (5lbs): 12, 13, 11
D2. band triceps pulldowns: 14, 17, 16

E. 21, 15, 9 for time: 5:34
E1. burpee
E2. db swing (25lbs)
