One more day to train

on November 29, 2012

I woke up at 4:45am. Why? I have no idea. Alarm doesn’t go off until 5:30am. I know I dozed a little, but mostly I was awake. Annoying.

A. max pushups: 15, 9, 1
My wrist deteriorated fast on these. Bending at 90 degrees and supporting weight? Nope, not happening.

B. 30s on/15s off, 1min rest between rounds — 4 rounds:
B1. box jumps (18″): 11, 12, 12, 12
B2. pullups (green band): 8, 7, 9, 9
B3. shoulder press (15lb dbs): 10, 9, 10, 10

C. 1min on/ 15s off, 1min rest between — 3 rounds:
C1. air squat: 20, 23, 23
C2. rower (for “cals”): 14, 14, 15
C3. situps: 25, 20, 23
C4. mountain climbers: didn’t count
