The long holiday weekend was both too long and much too short. I was most definitely not happy to hear the alarm this morning.

Workout #1 again:

A. 3 rounds
A1. air squat: x15
A2. pushup: x10
A3. rower (for max stroke): 2:02, 1:58, 1:59

B. Bench press, 4-6RM: bar (45lbs), 55lbs x 6, 65lbs x 6, 70lbs x 4

And actually, the limiting factor was not the weight but my left wrist. I could have gone heavier, but my wrist was screaming sharp shooting pains at me.

C. 3 rounds for max reps:
C1. incline db press (20lbs): 10, 12, 10
C2. horizontal pullups (rings): 15, 15, 12

D. 3 rounds for max reps in 30s:
D1. db lateral raise (5lbs): 13, 17, 15
D2. band triceps pushdown (purple): 13, 16, 17

E. 21-15-9 for time: 5:48
E1. burpees
E2. db swing (25lbs)
