One more workout

before Camp! Camp! Camp! Camp!

A. Pushups, 3xmax

I did one set of 16, and and then my wrists, elbow, and shoulders were unhappy. So the trainer had me switch to bench press. I decided to be ultra-conservative and go with 15lb dbs: 1 set of 16 and 1 set of 10.

B. Circuit #1: 30s on/15s off = round, 1-min rest between, 4 rounds:
B1. box jumps (18″): ?, 12, 11, 13
B2. pullups (green band): 9, 9, 7, 8 (chinup grip, mixed grip, mixed grip, chinup grip)
B3. db shoulder press (15lbs): 10, 10, 10, 9

C. Circuit #2: 1min on/15s off = round, 1-min rest between, 3 rounds:
C1. airsquat: 22, 20, 19
C2. rower (for cals): 11, 14, 14
C3. situps: 21, 23, 22
C4. mountain climbers: ?, ?, ?

I didn’t even bother to count on the mountain climbers — was just doing well to keep going the whole minute.
