Eh. I think I might have to cut down training days again — I’m not recovering well still, and all of these injuries seem to be steadily getting worse. I hurt when I wake up. *le sigh*

And my company is trying to cut back on expenses. The first thing on the chopping block is coffee. *le gasp!* *le horror!* Well, the Keurig coffee, anyway; we may have to go back to making pots of coffee in the mornings and reheating during the day. Meh. (Of course, this was proposed by the CEO, who doesn’t drink coffee — but who does go through several cases of Diet Coke a week.)

Couples others showed up this morning, too, so it wasn’t just me & Andrew. Short warmup. Body not very responsive: either Jello blobby or stiff. Urgh. Never really got loose. Then to drilling. Chaining moves without pausing. (Nice.) Scissor sweep to cross-collar choke or armbar. Then around-the-back bump sweep variation to collar choke or armbar. Then regular bump sweep to kimura or guillotine.

I was glad we didn’t roll this morning, as I’m not sure I could have done much.
